By purchasing RBA 1.0, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final – Due to the nature of digital content, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access has been granted.

2. Resell Rights – You are purchasing full resell rights to the RBA 1.0 Academy. You may sell it at any price you choose within the stipulated guidelines, and keep 100% of the profit.

3. No Splitting or Repackaging – You may not resell individual modules from RBA. RBA must be sold as a complete program to maintain product integrity.                                 

4. Note: ** Business Startup Courses within RBA 1.0 - These courses can be sold individually or in bundles; you can market these courses under your brand, price these courses at your own desired price, and sell them SEPARATELY from the RBA Academy. PLR Products can be bundled. See community guidelines once signed up with RBA 1.0. **

5. No Claim of Ownership – While you can market RBA as your own offer, the ORIGINAL COPYRIGHT remains with RBA. You are a licensed reseller.
   Free sharing, pirating, or unauthorized distribution of the course or content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access.

6. Community Access – Access to our private community is included for your customers. Make sure your clients follow the rules found in the Community Link + Rules section.
