CREATIVE HORIZONS COMMUNICATIONS POLICY:

By purchasing any products/services from Creative Horizons Communications, you acknowledge and agree to adhering to the terms/conditions (policy) as stated below:

• All career services are quoted upon client request, one (1) initial phone consultation, evaluation of expertise, career package requirements, and career support strategy.

​​

• Any further revisions or modifications (minor or major) that are requested by the client once FINAL DOCUMENTS have been provided will be charged at an additional quoted rate. 

​​

• The Master-level résumé-building process is collaborative and requires full cooperation, trust, participation, and timely responses from every client for optimal success. This means that a client will not be able to place any project on hold for a few days, weeks, or months once the services commence, unless there is an exceptional reason to do so. 

 

• Rates are affordable, and all packages are quoted based on the client's level of experience, work involved, career package and client coaching requirements. You will receive top-quality brand marketing collateral from an Award-winning Master Resume Writer / Certified Career Transition Coach with a proven success rate in positioning clients for their next career transition. Rates vary from $300s and up (resume packages). LinkedIn packages are usually in the $200s range. Specials are offered throughout the year.

• An initial 15-20 minute phone consultation is usually offered complimentary via phone or GoogleMeet (client's choice). A coaching session is included as part of every career package. Any phone consultations or coaching sessions required after the initial phone consultation will be offered at an additional quoted rate.

• Kindly let me know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule our coaching session to prevent further interruption of client schedules and high-volume deadlines.  A fee may be charged in the event of cancellations notified same day or in less than 24 hours.

• Résumé Packages include customized résumé (MS Word / PDF ) and cover letter from scratch as well as reference page, plus one career coaching session (45-60 minutes) to discuss your career story, professional experience, and accomplishments. 

 

• A Plain-text resume is included with Deluxe Career Package (Resume Package + LI Package).

• A customized job search plan along with mMy exclusive Job Search Course is now included with the Deluxe Career Package.

• Standard Turnaround time for résumé packages is typically 7-10+ business days and may be longer during peak volume workloads.

• Customized LinkedIn Package = 5-7 business days on average.

• ** Please allow an extra few days in cases where volumes may be high during peak periods throughout the year.

 

• Rush = 3-4 business days -- or less for Super Rush resume package, upon request only.  Extra charge is quoted for Rush services.

• Full payment for career services is accepted via 100% secure Interac/E-transfer in advance before work proceeds. No holds are allowed on projects once the project begins.

• NO REFUNDS.

All information or documents that are received by clients are upheld and reviewed in strict confidence by Lori A. Jazvac.

 

We honour the complete confidentiality and security of any personal or career-related information provided/exchanged by prospective and/or existing clients. This information is used upon request to provide strategic career services to clients, maintain respectful communications, and respond to career inquiries by request or due consent.

The resources on the Master-level Resume Strategy page or in the Job Search Vault can be used as educational or training tools for reading, job search, or career development. However, content, including the A-B-C-D Method (career coaching) along with the resume samples is the original property of the owner of Creative Horizons Communications. It is not to be copied, reproduced, sold, used, or distributed in any form by any client or stakeholder.
